Fertivero did not begin in a boardroom. It began in the fields. Our leadership team carries a combined legacy of over 20 years in Pakistan's agriculture sector. In 2021, Fertivero was formally established in Serbia — a strategic hub for European trade, product registration, and international procurement. Fertivero Pakistan was launched as the operational engine, built to be truly global in sourcing and truly local in execution.

Petar Panic
Chief Executive Officer
A visionary entrepreneur with a background in civil engineering who pivoted his career toward global agriculture trade. Petar leads Fertivero Global from Belgrade, managing international procurement, European partnerships, and financial strategy.
Hamza Yasin
Chief Operating Officer
A generational agrarian with hands-on experience across branding, trade, and operations in Pakistan's leading agrochemical companies. Hamza leads all Pakistan operations — from marketing and franchise development to imports and team building.
Muhammad Yasin
Managing Director, Pakistan
A seasoned manager with deep roots in Pakistan's agricultural distribution sector. Mr. Yasin oversees legal compliance, regulatory affairs, banking, and the national sales organization.
Nikolaj Edwards
Head of R&D, Serbia
Former professor of Advanced Agriculture at a leading Polish university and former Product Specialist at Yara International. Nikolaj leads Fertivero's chemistry research and product formulation work.
Lina Yi

With a career built inside China's largest agrochemical corporations, Lina manages Fertivero's global sourcing network — quality compliance, factory negotiations, and CIF shipment management.
